PROGRAM OUTLINE

Working with individuals, and/or teams, choose from one or develop a mixture of the following: We aim to create a long lasting impact with you and your employees.

STEP 1: EVALUATE

Using a mixture of surveys and coaching consultations, we are able to measure current objective and subjective levels of stress within your organisation. You will then be provided with a report.

STEP 2: COACHING PLAN

BRONZE: 6, exercise sessions. 9 hrs coaching in total. One every 2 weeks. (3 month program)

SILVER: 6, exercise sessions, PLUS 6 individual coaching calls to deep dive into individual challenges. 18hrs coaching in total. (6 month program)

GOLD: 6, exercise sessions. 6, individual video coaching calls.
PLUS: INDIVIDUAL - 4 extra coaching calls. 24 hrs coaching in total. (12 months)
GROUP - Workshops in order to process the team's challenges. (pre, middle, post coaching engagement).

STEP 3: REVIEW

Revisit the survey, plus a written report to outline the measurable impact of the coaching engagement.
Follow up coaching calls to be agreed.

SINGLE BUSINESS WORKSHOP

If you'd like to experience something different with your team, we can design a workshop specifically for, depending on your current challenges and desires.

Whatever program you choose, we will use elements of the MIND5 M.E.T.H.O.D. ™, whilst using tools and techniques from other world renowned business coaching qualifications, and training.

Learn by doing

This is experiential training. You will be in your sports kit and we will use physical activity to recreate daily stresses and activity.
