PROGRAM OUTLINE

We will spend time with you listening to where you and/or your team is right now. Using a mixture of discovery sessions, questionnaires and informal conversations, a coaching plan will be created specifically for you, with concrete goals and action plans.

One-one focus for the duration of the program

GROUP STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Work as a pair or join a larger group of like-minded individuals looking to make a positive change to their lives.

SINGLE BUSINESS WORKSHOP

Choose one or two of the key components and we will design a workshop specifically for your team

BUSINESS LEADERSHIP PACKAGE

A deep dive in to current business challenges and goals. We will explore all 6 components of the course in person, and through a series of mentoring calls to aid your development.

Whatever program you choose, we will use elements of the MIND5 M.E.T.H.O.D. ™, whilst using tools and techniques from other world renowned business coaching qualifications, and training.

Learn by doing

This is experiential training. You will be in your sports kit and we will use physical activity to recreate daily stresses and activity.
